Boys Like Girls Performs Two Albums at Nashville’s Historic Ryman Auditorium

Late last year, Boys Like Girls announced the The Soundtrack Of Your Life Tour, which would have them celebrating 20 years of their self-titled album and 17 of Love Drunk by performing both albums in their entirety.

Arrows In Action opened the night with exactly the kind of high-voltage energy needed to ignite the crowd. The rising pop-rock trio proved to be a seamless fit for the tour, delivering an upbeat and engaging set that quickly pulled the audience to their feet. Their infectious enthusiasm and polished stage presence set the tone early, warming up the room and leaving fans ready for the night ahead.

iDKHOW, fronted by former Panic! At The Disco member Dallon Weekes, kicked off their set with the hilarious and self-aware song Nobody Likes the Opening Band, instantly grabbing the audience’s attention. Weekes was quick to mention that the song was not about Arrows In Action, earning laughs from the crowd. The band’s charm and playful energy carried throughout the set, as fans stood, danced, and sang along.

Boys Like Girls took the stage to screaming and cheering, with fans jumping out of their seats the moment the first notes rang out. The room buzzed with nonstop energy, every voice joining in as the band powered through their set with confidence and nostalgia-driven intensity. Nashville fans were treated to a special surprise when former guitarist Paul DiGiovanni returned to the stage for several songs near the end of the night, while country singer Russell Dickerson joined as a guest vocalist for Thunder, blending genres in a moment that felt uniquely fitting for the city. As promised, the band performed both albums in full, closing the night with a special rendition of The Great Escape and Love Drunk, sending the crowd home on a wave of euphoria and nostalgia.
