A Little Bit

A Little Bit by L. Waltree

Warren is the son of a senator. He has his life planned out by his awful family, and that life doesn’t include the man who approaches him at a party for a hook-up, Eli. After an explosive first meeting, Warren tries to stay away from the art student, but finds himself following him around instead.

Eli never wanted to come to this town, where he has ties to his sister who died, but a scholarship forces him back. Eli and Warren are connected in ways they didn’t know, which comes to light later on in the book and makes me feel all the feels while watching them hurt together. Warren has been through so much when he didn’t deserve it, and Eli comforts him, bringing him out of his shell and giving him confidence he needs to stand up to his family.

I love books that can make you feel, make you swoon, and surprise you. A Little Bit is a great, beautiful story that I could not put down.
